  1. Dear short guy from The Mist,

I absolutely adore everything about you. Your confidence despite your size, your amazing voice, your humor, everything. You were the odd one out in the story, you were tiny compared to the rest of the cast, but that didn't stop you from doing your best. You were the highlight of every scene you were in, and always added comedy whenever possible to the bleakness and despair of the rest of the movie. You may have been rude sometimes, but that made situations all the funnier to watch.

  2. to Steve from season 1 of shameless. There is never a problem you can't handle. I admire how dedicated you are, never letting any obstacles stand in your way. You push through people who put you down, and you know what you want in life. I love the way you are always putting others first, and giving them you all, even when it's too much. Part of me loves that you take things to the extremes, crossing the line most people wouldn't dare. You are always pushing for new experiences, and taking me on adventures, even when it pushes us out of our comfort zone. The adrenaline I get when I'm with you is unparalleled, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. Through our ups and downs, you are my everything.

  3. This is to the lovely April. I just wanted to show you how much of a crush I have on you. You’ve been heavy on my mind since the first movie you dropped with the Tony. I know I’m kind of old now and it may be childish to still like you but I don’t care. You will always have a special place in my heart, regardless of how old I am. I love you April. Please answer this

  4. Dear Truman Burbank,
I adore your courage and the strength it took you to escape the false reality of your life. To be manipulated by everyone around you and for you to find out that millions of people watch your day to day life is frightening to hear. Of course you were smart enough to know this and quickly made a plan to escape this nightmare. Although it took you forever to find out how false your life was, I’m glad you got out of that situation. Even when you became psychotic in the movie, I thought you were hilarious. The way you cope is a valid response because I know if I were in that position, I would have freaked out and would’ve been stuck. Even through the tough times, you were nothing less of intelligent and brave. Thank you for being an inspiration and not giving up. I hope you are living a better life, an authentic one. Although millions were watching you, I adored you the most.

  5. Dear Dora,
The way you always know where to go amazes me. Your great knowledge in even the smallest things really makes me go crazy. I love your energy and the excited news in your voice. I could listen to you for hours.

  6. This Is my love letter, its not really a love letter because I do not love them I just like the movie. I am writing about Moana. Moana is fierce and never stands down. She would do anything for her family and did anything she could to save the island. She went out by herself and saved the island by defeating a cursed island. Now I know this is a kids movie but I used to watch it all the time when I would babysit kids. Moana never backed down she would always keep fighting. She did have flaws where she would do without thinking but that is what made her confident and tough. It inspires me to keep going and to keep fighting at every chance i get and to never back down. Now I do not love Moana at all I just like how confident and fierce she was. I hope that I can be like that too. I will always love the movie and watch it.

  7. BRANDON FIGUEROA

Captain Jack Sparrow, one of my favorite movie characters of all time as a kid, I watched as you fought for what you believed in, even though it was all illegal. You’re the reason I was a pirate on every Halloween since I could remember. The persona you portrayed was always smooth and humorous, two traits that I wish to carry with me. The comradery you showed in those movies was something that I adapted to develop a brotherhood with my friends and family. Of course, your’e not an ideal role model, but I sure followed you like a real person.

  8. I love your humor above all else. The most attractive thing is a quick wit and you exemplify it so well. I can’t help but laugh at all of your quick remarks. I also enjoy how carefree you are in contrast to how uptight I am. It’s refreshing to see how you know everything will be okay no matter what even if you don’t have a plan. I admire your morals even if they can be strange. I appreciate how you are the least judgmental person when it comes to anything and everything: what job someone possesses, how smart someone is, etc. You just care freely, Nick Miller.

  9. It’s the way that you help others and spend nights taking care of sick humans. The heart that you have is so big, bigger than most peoples. You are intelligent, loyal, selfless, and kind, which makes it easy for people to like you. Your dark hair and light eyes light up the room. Your smile is so contagious, it makes me and your patients happy.

  10. I will never send this to you, but I love you. The good' the bad, the way you look at me with your kind and caring eyes. I love when you get mad at me over the littlest thing and you text me an hour later telling me you're sorry and you realize how dumb it was.

  11. Finding a character that I can write a love letter to isn't something that's easy. How do I know if I love this person? And if I do, I can't actually love them because they aren't real. What seems to be never ending characters that I find interesting, I can't actually pick a favorite. I think I fall in love with the idea of the characters that I favorite. I fall in love with the idea of someone being so perfect and someone being able to exist in such a way.

  12. Dear Saul,

The sleaziest lawyer in the world is my love. Your colorful suits are to die for. The way you went from Slippin Jimmy to Saul Goodman is amazing. You did what you had to do to provide and did it well, and you were man enough to take the sentence, even though you couldve gone for jail for way less. You did some bad things, but did it in a way where we are all left saying, "It's Saul Good-man."

  13. Dear Indiana Jones, you are a legend. You're ability to be so cool while fighting Nazi's is astounding. The archeological and historical knowledge you possess is admirable. Your style is impeccable and your skills with a whip is incredible. Last but not least your finesse with the ladies is quite impressive. Dr. Jones you are a role model and I thank you for your entertaining life.

  14. Dear Spongebob, I truly adore you. I respect your abilities as a fry cook. I dream about eating one of your Krabby Patties almost every night. When you walk around Bikini Bottom you carry a certain level of swagger that not many can get to. The way that you run around jellyfish fields is amazing and a joy to watch. Jellyfishing with you would be like playing basketball with Michael Jordan. Despite you not being able to get your driver's license, you always make me laugh when you torment Mrs. Puff. Anyways, you are the best.

  15. Dear Romona,
I wrote to you to let you know that I admire your character and relate to her. As a middle child myself, I see how difficult it is to feel seen and heard by your own family. Your role portrayed helped my younger self express myself and fall in love with trying new things. I admire how you stayed truth to yourself even though showing it was rough. Having a sassy older sister isn’t fun at this young of an age. I love your spunk and creative way of life. You made the role of the middle child very real and related. It was very comforting.

  16. Dear derek, i adore many things about you. I adore how passionate you are about your job and helping others. I adore your patience and kindness and many more. You are special because even through the toughest times you are going to stick around, or as you say, you never "run" from the scary things. Even though you can be short tempered,i always know that you mean well and that you only get upset about things that you really care about.

  17. Le Soleil
    My, how you shine,
    Feathered with lacy delicacies
    Ringed with naive hope
Painted with the soft pink blush of the sunrise, a new day dawning for an old world
Named like a hymn, sung for Heaven to hear
    My, how you beam,
Smiling for all to see, even when sorrow rains down
Blessing all those you touch with a kiss across the brow
Love pours out, spilling across the sky
Tainting the blues till they tinged yellow
    A faithful child

  18. To Noah from The Notebook:
Your selflessness and compassion are what made me fall in love with you from the first time I saw you. You are a very determined individual that makes sure he will fight for what he wants. I've never seen someone so loving in their life, and your persistence is something that is an amazing attribute. The way that you fought for Allie is something that everyone deserves. You can sometimes become angry or overwhelmed with emotion, but it is because you love so hard. When you are so passionate about something, you can become overwhelmed with emotion for that subject, and I think that can be a beautiful thing.

  19. Noah,
I love you’re persistence and determination in everything you do. You’re hardworking and it’s very admirable. The way you express your love and do anything for those around you is such a good quality to have. No matter what you do everything with love and passion.

  20. Prince Charming always seems as he sounds charming. He is a gentleman and enjoys making others happy. Looking for the perfect girl all around, inside and out. Not just a pretty girl on the outside. He has found his Cinderella but I can't help but wonder how perfect he would look with his hand in mine. How we would look dancing around the room, just us together. Getting the butterflies I couldn't help but wonder what I am to you Prince Charming. What do you think about me? Do I give you butterflies? Or am I just another town woman looking to catch a glimpse from the most handsome man in town?

  21. Dear Meredith,
your strength is admirable. Even when you didn't want to be, your strength pushed you through as well as the people around you helping you. You may have pushed people away in the past, which I can relate to, but you've come around and accepted the help that your people have to offer for you.

  22. Dear Augustus Waters
I wish I could hug you. My heart beats within your emotions, I wish I could hug you. The fighting, the aching, the negative emotions you express to convey your pain, I don’t blame you. Your voice is loud but you’re silent, no word can express the feeling you bring just by looking into her eyes…you’re hurt. You know the end is near, I wish I could hug you. You’re strong, stronger than the eyes can see…only if you knew.

You had such a big influence on my life then and I believe you somewhat still have that influence on the person I am today. 24. I aspire to be a man like him. To be able to stand in the face of knowing that you may not win but you still find a way to win and have fun in doing so. He helped his friends and looked for them when they needed him most, even through when he was looking in the dumbest places ever, he was still giving it his all. Through all his ups and downs, he was able to bring comedy and calmness to those around him. He has the ability to be in the unknowing, but still have confidence in what he is doing, maybe not even on purpose. I watched him in surfs up over and over again at my grandparent’s houses, he helped me become the man i am today. He is a man of many traits and is a great role model to aspire to be like and to aspire to. Chicken Joe.

  26. Dear Rebecca: Although we have not known each other for as long as I wish we could have, I still feel the need to express all of the feelings I have towards you. As it stands now I am in conflict with my own feelings and what I want with this life. What I have reached as a conclusion is I do not want to spend another day apart. It's hard which is understandable yet somehow, all I want to do is to stay with you to the very end. I'm torn my love. I both love and hate you. I love when you are around yet I hate when you cannot be. You are strong willed when you need to be and yet soft and caring for when others need you to be. I wish to fully fulfill your every need regardless of how hard the task may be. Forever and ever. Until eventually all I can leave with you is my love.

  27. Dear Tony,
I appreciate all the lesson you taught me for better and for worse. The favorite thing I’ve learned from you was that you always do what you believe in no matter the ramifications. You taught me the importance of family, to have a tight circle, and you also taught me how to go about my business while also having feelings. You aren’t the best man ever but you’re pretty dang good.

  28. You made the show worthwhile, not only did you raise the spirit in the room every time you walked in but you also spread smiles across everyone's face. I will never get tired of your sharp jawline and strong nose. Your dark styled hair brought out the brown in your eyes. Your laughter and jokes never fail to make me smile. Even though there are sometimes not many thoughts behind your eyes, I could look into them for hours.

  29. Dear Allie (from the Notebook),
I adore you. Your compassion towards Noah stands out to me throughout the entirety of the film and you never are afraid to show your true feelings. No matter what your social status is or what your parents views are, you will forever choose Noah over and over again. You never rely on someone else to make decisions for you, instead you grip the wheel and drive yourself towards your own destiny and decisions. You are your own person and you won’t let anyone else tell you who to be, which is exactly how I hope to be.

  30. Dear Atticus Finch, I doubt many people actually write about you these days, but I thought you needed to hear something. In the last 10 years of my life you have constantly been referenced in almost all of my classes due to your ability and strong will power to fight for what you believe in. I cannot tell you how much that means to the current society as the world becomes more prone to crazy opinions everyday. It is clear to me that the voice you use in the book That is to Kill a MockingBird, is becoming more rare by the day. The way you Acted upon something so controversial and handled it so well without the fear of consequence. The day you went to court fighting for basic human rights showed that you refused to believe any sort of socioeconomic degrading would happen after is what shows a true character. While you may have been portrayed as a quiet person, your actions spoke louder than anyone in the novel. I think it is Important that you, Atticus Finch be noticed for the great things you continue to shed light onto that gives people the confidence they need today to deal with controversial issues.

  34. I love the way you protected family at all cost, made your priorities straight while still being able to have fun and get an example that everyone else wanted to follow. The rare tender moments of you being gentle with the people you love while hard on the people that have done you wrong.

  36. Dear Lorelai Gilmore,

You are my favorite T.V mom. I love how funny you are and how quick you can come up with a joke to lighten the mood. You have faced many challenges in your life and have perceived through all of them with grace and in heels. That is one of the many things I love about you. Even though sometimes you jump too fast to assume your parents are plotting against you, and treat Rory more like a friend then a daughter you still always find a way to solve your problems and are not afraid to do something that upsets other people to save yourself. Lorelai, you are an inspiration for all things fashion, and have taught me more than you know.

I love how you don’t care what others think of you. I love how you do things for the people you love, even if they don’t know if it was you or that you even cared that much. You have a lot of flaws, however overtime you noticed them, overtime you realized that you weren’t as perfect as you thought. I adore your smile, your personality even though it’s controversial, I’ve learned how to look past flaws and notice the beauty in people, not everyone, but you were one of those people.

  38. “To whom it may concern,
I acknowledge that it has only been recently that we have gotten closer in our friendship. For one to say such things, should be taken as an accomplishment, yet not as if someone has won a prize at the town fair; More of an accomplishment of such that one has reached a desired goal. Anyways, I wish to share my feelings with you pertaining to our relationship. The desire to spend more of my time with you, to become closer than we already are, to be more than what we have become flows within me like a swift river. My love and desire for you has grown over the past couple weeks. Knowing that relationships are a two way street, I want to know your feelings about all of this. Please get back to me when you can or want to.

This world is scary but that doesn’t bother you. Even when you are stubborn and take on so much responsibility, I still love how you do it with a passion and a fire blazing in your soul. Everything that you do you do it with love. Strangers are never strangers to you. I love how kind you are. I often ask myself what I can do to be more like you. 40. Vin Deisel. . . You have helped me throughout a lot of of my life during your career as a family centerpiece. Your name in the fast movies resonate in almost every American home, and especially in mine. You showed me that family is more than blood and that bond can't be broken, no matter what happens to the others. We may be born into our family, but the bonds created through living your life and being true to yourself and humbled by your surroundings takes in a huge part of this. Even in your other movies, the character you portray are so stoic and humble. I am not blinded by your shiny head or big muscles as you try and look like a "stud of a character", for your actions on screen have provided me with the morals I wasn't able to experience because of my lack of a father or consistancy in my childhood. Throughout it all, you and your movies have always been there for me.

You were everything I didn't expect you to be. Scrolling through the countless Tik-Toks on my "For You" page, you were the one character that everyone loved. I thought I wouldn't enjoy your story at all, but I ended up loving it. I couldn't put the book down and ended up finishing it within a day. Your determination to figure out who murdered someone in your town taught me that you can literally do anything you put your mind to. From almost losing your own life to losing friendships over a senior capstone project really amazed me. You knew something didn't seem right so you stayed persistent until you were able to figure the mystery out. Your adventure to solving this murder is what got me back into reading and for that I thank you.

You have never not failed to bring a smile to my face. You are often written off as unintelligent and just living in your best friend's shadow. You are so much more than that. You are smart and talented and always know how to lighten the mood. You are 100% and unapologetically yourself even though you are not everyone's cup-of-tea. You would never dream of changing yourself for anyone which inspires me to be myself and not care what other people think of me.
